Poor customer service
They wear extremely rude. We arrived at hotel at 9pm (check in starts at 3) and was told to have a seat because its going to be a while due to no rooms being available. I had a reservation and my room was paid for prior to arrival. I simply asked why? And the front attendant LARRY loudly replied I shouldn’t have said anything, because now im going back and forth with you instead of trying to find a room. He was very rude and disrespectful, he wouldn’t even give me his name as i was contacting hotels.com…another employee a young lady walked up and i asked her his name. He walked off laughing saying i don’t have time for this. I was so disappointed and had to relocate to another hotel last minute. Very unprofessional and i WOULD NOT RECOMMEND

Worse hotel ever I don’t recommend it for anybody. There was never a manager on site and nothing was ever tooken serious. Then they tried to scam my friends credit card saying we owed $800 after we checked out. Be careful with these cheap ass hotels. It’s cheap ass people who run them

I booked this hotel at 8.30am, the morning of our stay. We arrived at 9.30pm after a three hour drive to be told that there were no rooms available. The 'girl' behind the desk seemed more interested in her Raisin Cane's take-out than anything else, but offered to call other local hotels in the group me give me a refund. The second hotel said they had a room available which was 35mins away and due to the time and being tired I agreed to go there. I was given a printed copy of our check-in registration and told to give it to the other hotel staff upon arrival. We arrived at the second hotel 35mins later, by this time it was almost 10.30pm. When I explained the above I was told they had no idea we were coming and that they had no rooms available. They tried to call the first hotel numerous times to clarify but nobody was picking up. They eventually said they could give me a room already booked out and they would have to decline the other guest if they arrived. They said the TV didn't work but by this point I couldn't care less about watching TV so took the room. We got to the room which is best described as tired. Burns and stains on the carpet, marks and scuffs on the walls, holes in the shower curtain, etc. Inside the room there was the standard one-cup coffee percolator but no coffee, nor were there any toiletries. I headed back to reception only to be told that they did not supply coffee or toiletries anymore. Really ??? The staff at reception bombarded b

The place it’s not same as pictures on the website. Very smelly and the carpet was wet. Toilet very old and dirty. The parking area dirty too, and feel very unsafe.
