My experience at this hotel wasn't the best. It definitely needed some renovating. The housekeeping services was terrible. They never came to clean my room nor place clean towels in the room. My room bath tub had a slow leak while I took my shower so the water slowly went down and filled up the tub while I took my shower. The breakfast was not good either. They didn't even served coffee. I was disappointed about this hotel overall.

Property had a pipe burst earlier in the day but did not inform me until I tried to check in at 11pm and they could not accommodate me. The only solution they offered was a refund. Thankfully hotels.com worked hard to find me another hotel, but it all could have been avoided if I had been informed when the event occurred that made our stay impossible, or they could have offered to help find alternate accommodation instead of giving me a business card and telling me to call the manager later.

I didn’t get to stay. When I went to check in they told me my paid room wasn’t available because there was a pipe that busted . I wasted Uber the way there and Lyft for the ride all the way back home . Had to shower in the dark and sleep on the floor and sweat because I just moved out of my apartment the whole reason I booked the room is to have somewhere to shower and sleep after two days of moving out of my home. I was actually looking forward to the room .

Place canceled my booking at time of arrival and I was not notified. was forced to find another place to stay at that same very moment. I was stranded with my family at almost midnight without a place to sleep.

The hotel does not look as advertised in the photos. It is quite dilapidated. Roaches were everywhere where. The tv did not work and the light over the bathroom mirror did not work. Also, the lock on the door was not secured.

I recently booked at this hotel and had a very disappointing experience. Upon check-in, I was informed that they did not have any pipe-burned water available. I contacted Expedia for a refund, but the hotel refused to issue one despite the inconvenience. I’m frustrated by the lack of support and poor service. I would not recommend this hotel based on my experience.

If I could give this establishment zero stars, I would. On August 7, 2024, I arrived in Houston and, after finding appealing photos online, called this hotel to confirm everything was in order. I was assured that everything was fine, but my experience quickly turned into a nightmare. When I arrived on August 8, I was told the hotel had no running water, but since other hotels were fully booked, I had no choice but to stay. The room was filthy—reeking of drugs, with a dirty microwave. Worse, there was water on the floor, which the staff ignored until I pointed out the hazard. To my shock, I later learned that the associate who was supposed to be helping other guests had entered my room without permission. The so-called "continental breakfast" was nonexistent, and the promised amenities were nowhere to be found. Despite all these issues, the hotel refused to refund my money or return my deposit, even after they eventually kicked everyone out due to the water issue. They even mishandled my belongings, leaving me to wonder if my room was accessed by unauthorized people. This experience was appalling, and I strongly advise against staying here.

I booked my reservation on line in hopes that it would be a seamless experience. Upon arrive, I hate to wait about 10 minutes before being acknowledged. Then we were advised the system went down and had to wait 2 hours before I was able to be checked in and get a room key. During the wait, the facility was hot and seemed like the ac was not running. The water shut off around 2am and I was unable to take a shower, use the restroom, or even brush my teeth. So quick to take a deposit but do not offer efficient treatment and living conditions.
