The front counter staff was outstanding. Staff, people were very nice and accommodating. I also learned that I could've rent my car at the hotel site. I'll be revisiting Houston again and this is the place I'll be staying. Thank you for the Hospitality.

The hotel was great but the shuttle didn’t start early enough in the morning, nor did the breakfast. Our flight was at 5:51 am. The airport was packed so we weren’t the only ones. Had to take an uber and buy Starbucks in the terminal, adding about $60 to our stay.

Hard experience!

When we arrive it hit a very cold weather and the heater it wasn't working, we need to move to another room. Next day we found a cockroach in the sink. Next day we found a bigger cockroach in the middle of the room. The rest was good.
