Hotel staff were very friendly and respectful. Rooms were very clean and spacious. Pareking lot was gated and safe. Location was great because it’s close to several restaurants and shopping centers and walking distance to NRG stadium. I would definitely stay here again!

A little Struggle at Check in
I am a travel agent. I booked through Marriot Bonvoy. The agent did everything and it turned out looking as if I had booked three rooms when I booked two. One room worked fine, it was in the clients name. The other room was in my name when I provided the second client. The room also said welcome my name on the tv screen in both rooms. My second client was charged twice for his room and they told me it would take up to a week to clear off his card. We are awaiting the end of the week to see if this does drop off. The room that had problems and that they didn't have his name ends up being on the name of this review. No idea why they couldn't see him name at check in.

The first room had a water leak in the bathroom. Water was coming from the wall. We were quickly moved to another room. The elevator was broke, the other elevator was in horrible shape. Sounded like it was struggling to operate. There was a note letting you know parts were on the way for it to be fixed. The pool was nice but the hot tub never got hot despite pushing the timer for it to be activated. The bed was comfortable and the room was nice. I would definitely stay here again. Staff was amazing. It’s an older place, perfectly priced. The breakfast was delicious! Large variety of items to choose from.
