The Hotel is under construction all amenities are close, if would have been great if they give you a noticed once you book a Hotel, but no you find the state of the hotel, no gym, no tv, dusk because of the constructions if I could cancel the stay I would have

The hotel was unfortunately in very poor condition, not at all like what the pictures looked like. The sofa in the room had a bunch of stains on it, like it was dusty and hadn't been vacuumed. The shower had black mold in it, and the shower curtain was torn.

Worst experience we ever had, hotel was under a major construction which is not stated when booked! Ceiling falling above the bathtub and black mold everywhere! Refused to refund us even though we didn’t stay! We have 3 small children there was no way we would stay ! Even if it was free! No help from Expedia or mariott! Never again!

The hotel has damage in the roof of main entrance, the elevator doesn’t work correctly, the hall has cockroaches, the A/C unit is too old and noisy, really bad experience, I stayed just because at that time of the night I didn’t have other option

Your app allowed me to book a hotel that did not have electricity and was not accepting check-ins. How is that legal? You refuse to give me a refund for a booking that should have never happened. After not being able for reach the location the day we left for Houston, I contacted the chain directly and was assured that, even though a lot of the city was without power due to a storm that location was “up and ready to receive. Upon arrival we found that location completely shutdown and was told it had been that way all day. We were forced to make other arrangements in very bad weather and amongst many in the same situation.

My first room smelled like mold and I requested another room. I was able to get another room and found brown liquid in the bathtub. I requested a refunded. I was told that I would receive the refund but did not receive it. I was very disappointed in this hotel because It was my go to a few years ago. Alot has changed

Just OK
The room was a bit musty and clearly had some humidity control issues. There were signs of water damage on the ceiling, and some of the texture was peeling away from the drywall. Shower was not particularly clean, and there was no shampoo or body wash available in the refillable containers on the wall. Bed was comfortable, no bed bugs, breakfast was serviceable.

It was ok
From the outside the hotel didn’t look all that great. The room was mostly clean and spacious so that made up for it. Although there was visible handprints throughout the room, not sure if those were from past guests or housekeeping. The breakfast was the bare minimum, bacon, eggs, cereal, oatmeal, and toast. It didn’t seem as if anyone was attending the breakfast area to upkeep and refill the food, so no bacon available.
