The pictures showed a bar and the bar was not open yet for opperation (not open at all). The thermostat in the room would not come on so we could not control temperature. There was also a roach that we had to kill in our room and the tv remote did not work we had to unplug the tv to get it to turn off.

Bad AC/heater
The Heater had the bad smell and full of mold, like never been serviced. I asked for the difference room hover it was not available so we left for a different hotel. Hotel look clean and room was clean except the heater with bad moldy smell.

Breakfast..most important meal of the day
My daughter and her family stayed for a volleyball tournament. They had to be at the game complex early so they needed breakfast. The front desk the night before said they could get food if it was out. The next morning they went to get some food and were chastised by the breakfast lady. Not hospitable behavior for a hotel.

Great property! Lobby, room and fitness center were clean. Breakfast was great! They offered hot food and continental items were well stocked My only issue was the tv didn't work and they were unable to fix it. But I would definitely stay there again!

There was no room service before the room was given to us. There was no bar soap, no liquid soap, no laundry bag. There were only soft pillows and the mattress was horribly out of shape. I could not sleep. There was total lack of oversight. We had checked in after 9 PM after a long drive so had no energy to report the issues to front desk…. To add to all that even the breakfast did not have proper label.

I booked the room just for New Year’s Eve. It was quite spacious at half of life fluctuate area large bathroom, fully stocked with everything. The hotel is old and it kinda had that musty smell, but it’s been remodeled. It was relatively clean. The young lady at the front desk I do not know her name unfortunately it was about 530 6 o’clock on New Year’s Eve, she was very friendly. I ended up leaving way before check out after the party.

Bad dirty old room.old dirty sofas, Old dirty carpet with numerous stains. The glass at the desk rattles when you walk in the room. Dirty trash cans. Very very bad experience.totally disappointed,can’t believe it’s a Marriott property
