Room were infected by roaches a lot of noise road rage shooting on the freeway next to the motel

Parking was difficult in the extreme..most of the ride share drivers either got lost trying to pick me up or made me get out at a gas station nearby and walk to the hotel. The pool was no longer usable and I was placed in the back of the property with and easily scaled fence. People hanging outside the rooms at all hours lighting was dim,the AC unit was actually crooked, but the shower broke me. The shower lever spun free without the water turning on and when it did catch you had no clue what temp the water was til it burned you. One night? Maybe but I had booked for 6 so I left as soon as I found anywhere else. Staff was understanding and didn't debate the state of the room. Even told me how to apply for the refund right there so they could approve it. I can appreciate the accountability shown there. This was the most motel 6 motel 6 I was ever in and won't return to any of them now

This motel was nasty, Customer Services was very polite and understanding but when I say this motel was nasty it was nasty. I'm talking roaches, pool has algae, folks live there and one of them had their window open and I thought I was getting ready to see hoarders start filming. This aint it. thankfully I got a full refund but I have to say this aint it. Only boo boo the fool would stay here and feel comfortable.

Had to switch rooms 3 times within check in. 1st room pieces of the ceiling fell down onto the floor and mold on the walls, 2nd room the AC busted and leaked all over the floor by the bed again mold everywhere. 3rd room was dirty, sheets had stains, towels had hair and stains on them, outlets didn’t work, trash was everywhere outside the hotel. It just is a bad motel that I wouldn’t even recommend to homeless people. Should be shut down due to health violations.

Good value

I thought the room was good for the price paid and included a full size fridge and microwave. Additional kitchen items could have been rented for $50 returnable fee which we didn't need. I do wish that more toiletries were provided since I forgot to pack some and only 2 bars of soap were in the room. The towels weren't the greatest either but worked since we didn't stay too long.

They didn't have the room that I picked online. Those rooms don't exist unless you pay an upgrade fee. They have roaches. Not cockroackes but little nasty baby and momma roaches. Nasty. The workers were friendly. I asked about staying another night. I was told for one night it was going $225. I paid $259 for a week.
