When we pulled the covers off my daughter's bed, we found crumbs and body hair on the bottom sheet. We changed the sheets. The TV picture was snowy and set to zoom. No amount of adjustment improved the bad picture quality. The bottom portion of the cubby between the beds was broken. It was pleasant to find a functioning fridge, stove, microwave and A/C. The bathroom was all functional. The parking lot was brightly lit. So bright, that it lit up the room even with the curtain closed.

On Expedia it was posted cancellations by 6 pm on day before you wouldn’t be charged. I ended up in the hospital due to chest pain and a high heart rate. I did cancel well. Now Expedia says I can’t have a refund because Hotel policies are different. The reason I planned to stay in Katy was going to the Houston Quilt Festival which due to hospitalization. I’m disappointed I can’t go to Festival as I had been looking forward. I can provide the hospitalization records to show I’m not lying about being in the hospital for illness..

This is a new property and they are working to keep it looking like new. The manager and staff are knowledgeable, efficient, friendly, nice, and kind! On-site laundry area is reasonably priced.

Stay away unless you are into sketchy places
The first room they assigned me was infested with roaches. The second room smelled like marijuana and the ceiling in the bathroom was collapsing from moisture damage. The hotel was trash but the workers were nice.

Really like that fridge was bigger than I had thought an actual freezer. There wasn't a sheer curtain for the window just one thick one that didn't really block out the light. Clean sheets and bed was comfortable.
