While my room was significantly better than the last houston hotel I stayed at (not mentioning names) there was a rather unsightly stain on the bedding. It was easy enough to simply remove the soiled bedding, and I was so tired when I checked in It wasnt worth it to complain. Also I was taken a little off guard by needing a security deposit, although I suppose I can understand why that might be necessary. Everything else was good. the room was large and spacious. the ac worked well. other than the bedspread, the room was very clean and tidy. I would stay here again

The property itself is fine for what it is. However they offer no airport shuttle. It’s surrounded by all the rental car facilities and there’s no where to get anything to eat, be it a restaurant or any type of store. Zip.

Pros: the hotel was clean, the staff was friendly. Cons: the continental breakfast was literally fruit loops, cheerios & they had 2 waffle machines. Check out was 11 but to stay an extra hour was $25. I always pick a hotel with breakfast and even if it’s continental they at least have some type of fruit and bread or bagels or something. I was very disappointed and soon realized why we were literally the only people in there. Also, $25 for a 1 hour late check out I felt was ridiculous. The hotel was clearly nowhere near max occupancy. I travel a lot and have never had to pay that for an hour late checkout.

Breakfast may not be the best as there’s few to choose from. Two different cereals and waffle with just syrup. This hotel is clean, spacious and comfortable. We love our time here.

The front desk employees were not friendly. I had to ask for towels and wash rags. There was only two towels and wash rags in room for a two night stay. The breakfast was a joke. Waffles, coffee, and juices. I had to ask for syrup and the front desk didn’t want to help.

Yuck!
Clerk at front desk had bad body odor. I wasn’t prepared for the $100 security deposit that won’t be retuned to me for 3 business days. This cuts into my trip budget. The pillows on the bed were extremely small….half the size of a standard. This made it very difficult to get comfortable. The bed was ok. Tried to get hot water out of the little coffee maker and the water came out a disgusting brown. After running water through it 6 times, I gave up. This was after I tried to purchase a bottle of water from the front area. I couldn’t do that because they would only take cash for that! I had nothing but the awful tasting tap water to wash down my food and pills. I should have paid closer attention to the name. Quality Suites is definitely not anything like Quality Inn& Suites! And, definitely NOT quality!! Not pleased with my stay at all.

There was literally the worst experience of my life. The hotel is dirty and smelly. We got into our room and everything seems like it’s falling apart, but it’s an old building so we were fine, cause you get what you paid for. We decided to take a shower and the towels were dirty and with stains on it. I set on the bed and there was burrs in it!!!!! And when we look at the floor, there was rest of chips on the floor. I can’t even explain how dirty this place is! We left and had to pay for another hotel cause there was no way we would stay there. And of course they denied our refund request, even thought we weren’t able to stay at the room and had to pay for another hotel room. Please DON’T stay in this hotel!!!!! This place shouldn’t be operating!!!!
