There was literally the worst experience of my life. The hotel is dirty and smelly. We got into our room and everything seems like it’s falling apart, but it’s an old building so we were fine, cause you get what you paid for. We decided to take a shower and the towels were dirty and with stains on it. I set on the bed and there was burrs in it!!!!! And when we look at the floor, there was rest of chips on the floor. I can’t even explain how dirty this place is! We left and had to pay for another hotel cause there was no way we would stay there. And of course they denied our refund request, even thought we weren’t able to stay at the room and had to pay for another hotel room. Please DON’T stay in this hotel!!!!! This place shouldn’t be operating!!!!

The bed smelled like someone sat on it naked with a bad stench. The pillows were like lumpy pancakes and we had to ask 3 times for new towels. The breakfast can't even be called a breakfast, a waffle maker with no butter, just syrup. Only drink options were Sunny Delight and coffee. That was it. Oh, almost forgot some plain cheerios and apple jacks. Not worth what they charge.

Other hotels at Hobby Airport - AVOID THIS ONE
Room had a cigarette smell even though the room was non-smoking. They did spray the room with something that eliminated the smoke scent. Also, we came back from a concert about 11:45 and 4 unrelated groups of guests couldn’t get in with our key cards at the front door or side door. After multiple calls to the front desk with no answer, one of the people had to call and wake up his wife to come down and let us in (it would activate and open from inside). Not at all helpful when you have an early flight. Definitely will not stay here again.

The room was clean and very comfortable! Breakfast was terrible . Weak coffee and only waffles. My husband has celiacs disese so nothing to eat for him.. i loke that the soap was scent free. I have a perfume allergy. Would definately stay there again when in the area.

Concert Getaway
Loved it. Great service, housekeeping was super sweet & helpful. Stay was comfortable, clean, ac was great & room was spacious. Parking lot security at night & all sides doors are kept locked, you are required to enter through front door. Keycard will not open side doors, housekeeping will sometimes let you in if they are out & about. Front door is locked at night as well & you can wave at the person at front desk to open it or talk to them at the window. Small inconvenience that would not keep me from staying here again was, you don’t get enough towels if you have more than 2 people staying in your room. We arrived from our concert around 12am, previous towels were dirty (fell in toilet off rack) & there were 3 in our party. Called front desk for more towels & were told we would have to wait until 9am when housekeeping arrived. She had 1 large towel on hand & gave it to us. Housekeeping helped us out when we asked the next morning. Definitely recommend this place though, absolutely loved it!
