Really have nothing bad to say about our stay here on 10/26/25. Friendly staff. Loved that the drinks and snacks in the room were complimentary. Decent comfortable bed. Noon check out. Just a great experience in a 100 year old hotel!

Breakfast was quality items, even had salmon and charcuterie. It was nice to have a bright clean space for breakfast with art books and art surrounding you. It was nice to have each morning (one less thing to worry about). Great to have snacks at night after the symphony or play when it was too late to go out to eat. Only issue was luke warm- to cool shower water. However, I did not complain to desk as I figured it was a whole floor or building issue(not just my room).

While it was a very nice hotel, the penthouse suite left a lot to be desired. The size of it was much too small to be comfortable for two adults one over 6 ft tall. Other than the small room, everything else was amazing.
