I think it would be nice to be informed if remodeling during your stay. Was looking forward to having a drink in their beautiful bar. Wasn’t open due to remodeling. Understand, but would have opted for another property!

Overall great! Very friendly staff, comfortable, and clean. Only complaints were the shower handle was broken and took a while to get the correct water temp and figure out how to work it. There was a hair wad in the shower drain. Not terrible but just not pleasant to see.

ALERT—— the only parking is valet and it’s $52 per night. When I booked this hotel stay for two nights, 8 months ago, this important information was not mentioned. The hotel itself was fairly quiet but the street noise from all the night walkers during 2-5am was annoying.

The overall appearance did not match the photo layout on the website. It was extremely misleading. The elevators were small, the rooms were small, mattress extremely uncomfortable. The only good thing about my stay was the staff and food. The staff was amazing the moved like a well oiled machine ...I shared my concerns with the general manager and he advised that I reach out to your company with my concerns. The renovation were in process and it spoiled my entire visit. i did not see the notice pertaining to that on the website. At this point I want a FULL refund, due to the website being misleading.

Literally just okay

Stayed just one night to see a show at the Hobby center and the hotel was close by to the theater so that we could walk there. One of the big cons is that it is valet parking only, and that costs $52 a night, which is unreasonable in my opinion. Next, when we were checking in, the front desk concierge let us know to expect construction noise as workers would be working close to our floor. The manner that this was expressed was very matter of fact, not that maybe there could be some noise or "sorry about that." Just to expect it. Was just surprised that the employee set us up to expect a bad experience? The room is small-- much smaller than what I was expecting for a single King bed suite. Walking in, you'll see the bed in the center of the room and a small amount of space on either side and then the door to the bathroom. The bathroom had lightbulbs sitting on the counter which I found was strange. The bed was fine, suitable for sleeping for one night. I don't think I would choose this hotel again in the future.

Don’t

Bed was horrible. My back began aching at 3 am. Then when I got up at6 a.m a mentally ill person was screaming right outside the hotel and kept screaming until 7:45. Staff was very nice.
