Good place to stay.
Had a great stay. Only issue is that when we got off of the elevator to go to our room there was a strong odor of marijuana in the hallway. Very strong. Like it was being smoked in the hallway. Other than that it was a good value and good experience.

Never again the only bright spot was the front desk operator Luke . He was friendly and courteous. The lobby was beautiful wouldnt expect the room to be in such bad conditions. The lignts were outdated wallpaper looked dirty the bathroom had browned around toilet. The shower was a mess had not been properly cleaned in a while had grime and old soap scum. The showerhad was gross. I have photos but for some reason it won't let me add

The check in process was horrendous! The clerk said my room wasn’t available because it wasn’t ready and tried to downgrade my room, which isn’t what I reserved. She tried to give me an excuse that the hotel overbooked and was waiting for a room to be cleaned. I was told there were very few king rooms and that I was too late, even though I reserved a king weeks in advance!

Great staff and the shuttle service is a plus. Lobby area is nice however, the rooms are outdated and bathrooms tiny. Definitely time for a remodel. But that didn't hinder my overall stay.

The hotel overall is great. Very walkable area. Great staff. My only two complaints are there’s a required valet parking service that was $40 a night if you bring a vehicle which I didn’t know about until the day before my stay from an email from the hotel. So what I was told on Hotels.com wasn’t what I actually paid. Second, there was no microwave in the room so eating out was the only option.

This is a great place to stay if you’re going to an event at the Toyota Center. I love that they have a shuttle that goes to the venue. I loved the atmosphere and enjoyed eating at the restaurant there.

Staff were great, liked the eco policy which included a credit to spent at the in-house restaurant. The air conditioning in the room worked fine apart from not being able to change the target temperature. Plus the room smelled of cologne very strong the entire time which was odd and not ideal.
