This location was nice and clean. Check-in was easy, and the front desk ladies were kind, warm, and welcoming. However, I did have a minor question on the Saturday before checkout, and the gentleman working the front desk seemed bothered and spoke over me before I could finish my questions. I understand he hears the same questions over and over, but tone is everything. The morning of our checkout, there was an awful noise from 8-10 AM, and we were not able to sleep in.

We were completely disappointed with our stay. The property felt unsafe—people sleeping in their cars out front, road construction everywhere, and loitering near the entrance. We weren’t greeted, and the valet had to direct us to check-in. Although we prepaid through Expedia, the front desk clerk charged us again and refused to honor our confirmation. The room itself was not clean—beds looked slept in, pillows were flat, and walls were paper-thin. We could hear conversations, toilets flushing, and doors slamming all night. Breakfast was another letdown. We were told it was available until 10:30 a.m. on weekends, but when we went at 9:30, there was nothing left—no food, no coffee, not even waffle mix. Staff told us there was simply “nothing to eat.” We expected better from a Hilton-affiliated property. This was not worth the price or the stress. Never again.

It’s brand new, very nice, very clean, nice bar. A bit isolated however, close to congress center but on the other side of a huge parking garage. Would have loved a coffee machine in the room, but at least there is coffee right in front of the elevators at lobby level!

Only stayed for one night while in town for a show. The hotel is quite nice and quiet, very walkable to a number of places, including the House of Blues, where I was going. The room itself was comfortable, clean, and quiet. Some of the softest linens I've come across as well, including the towels, which almost anywhere else I've stayed tend to be scratchy and rough. It was a hot and humid week so the AC was a must and it worked perfectly (and also very quiet too, which is great for a light sleeper like me). Overall, no complaints at all. Staff and hotel were great and I'd definitely come back!
