The room was roach infested and it smelled very bad. The carpets need cleaning, and need steadier beds. We got ready to leave and roaches were crawling up the wall, across the countertop, and in the cabinets.
It was awful I asked for non smoking room but I ended up had a room that smelled nothing but Smoke the pillow is nasty not clean blankets dirty the whole hotel smell like cigarettes and weed. Bathroom dirty

We were arriving after hour and there was no one answer for us to check in. We were waiting at front desk and try to call them for like 30 minutes. It was 1am and we so tired from driving for hours.
The front desk was really good. They were dealing with a lot but were always warm and engaging. Though this was a non smoking place there was a strong smell of smoke and weed in the hallway through my stay. Often it would even come into our room. The room was dirty, one pillow with no pillowcase, the microwave had a hole burned into the case. The remote to the tv did not work. The screen was busted on the window. The bedside table had no drawer. Unfortunately the elevator broke and we were on the top floor. Seemed to be lots of drama with tenets.
I booked the room online it as $360 for a week but got there they charge me $420 for a week I thought I had it till Saturday morning but one of the employees looked at my receipt. I did online and gave me a credit for Friday night or leave.
