Terrible Stay

If you are expecting nice DONT STAY HERE!. Musty smell in the room, hole in the ceiling above bathtub, rust , mold in the tub drain I can go on and on. Dont worry about using your key to access the hotel because half of the the doors are broke so just walk on In. I paid over $1200 for 3 nights!!!!! We were here during the BBQ Cook-Off and I can tell you never again. $40 a night for parking and good luck finding a spot

Crappy Hotel I’d call a motel !!

Awful !! We heard scratching at 2am & a mouse was in our room trying to get into our leftover food container. Also, at least 2 F-250 trucks w/smashed windows in the security guarded hotel parking lot next to my truck. Great location to walk to NRG but that’s it. So disappointing!!

For the price the hotel was terrible. Rooms need to be remodeled. Very dated and falling apart. $400 for one night I would expect a lot more. Best part was the location so we could walk to the Houston Rodeo BBQ Cookoff. The hotel bar was very nice and clean but they don't take cash. Card only. Bartender made good drinks

the room was very disappointing for a 400$ stay . my sheets had a brown stain after pullin the covers back . the toilet wouldnt flush. The lock on the door was busyed and broken being helf by 1 screw. the room was just poor condition and looked disappointing

Odd shower, kept getting water everywhere as it was a handicap bathroom (despite us not being handicapped) so kept running out of towels and the floor was always wet

Great desk staff and very clean property.

We were upgraded from 2 double beds to a suite with a king size bed vecause we had to wait for our room key card. There appeared to be an issue with the card activator. That was appreciated. However, the description did not state the property was pet friendly. If that would have been easier to identify, our chihuahua would have accompanied us on our trip.

NO HOT WATER

Beware. The staff is very friendly and accommodating but the hot water does not work in either of the 2 rooms we were in. I stayed here on a family trip because it was close to the NRG stadium. Will not be staying here. My wife and 3 year old child had to take cold showers and all the hotel was able to do was drop my rate by ~$50. We will not be staying here again.

This hotel advertises a bar. They do have a bar its just never staffed and the door stays locked. They did open the bar for about one hour. We stayed a total of 5 days aver super bowl weekend and the bar was not open. We had a total of 3 rooms booked and the a/c was out in all 3 rooms. Hotel did move us to rooms that worked, but one room in our party had to move again due to the a/c going out again. I do not recommend this property.
