After paying ahead for the room, the front office wanted a $200 CASH deposit! Never heard of demanding a $200 cash deposit at a hotel before. Ive even stayed at this hotel many, many times over the last 10 years and never experienced this kind of horrible service. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Holy old hotel Batman
The hotel is old no air conditioning in hallways very clean rooms not a heated pool that to me tells me this is a family trying to run a very large not updated hotel it’s like the 70 dees hotel but for the price of 111 dollars it’s a place to sleep and go

I wasn't looking for anything fancy, just needed a place to get away for the night. My room was adequate for that. However, overall, the hotel in general appears to need some maintenance. My bath faucet had a steady drip, one of the lights in the pools deep the was hanging out, there were several areas around the hotel that looked bad. (Construction items on the floor, broken floor areas, peeling wallpaper, patched up holes in the walls that weren't painted/wallpapered to finish the project) The staff was friendly and the breakfast was good!

Dead bolt didn't work , the only working ice machine was on the 1st floor but we were on the 3rd, door card didn't work and had to go get new ones. Small things overall, but very inconvenient

Dirty, smelly, terrible hotel
Well, I booked online and it said one of the ammenities was a pool. I got there and the pool was closed for construction. The guy at the desk was very rude about it and told me to stay somewhere else if I wanted a pool (because that's just what you want to do, find another hotel, after driving for 10 hours). Mind you, it was 102°. When we got to the room, there were tiny pillows on the bed, except for one that was normal sized. I called the front and asked for more. They told me they didn't have any. Then my daughter went to use the bathroom. There was hair all over the floor and inside the shower. It was disgusting. There were tiles ripped up in the hallway and the ice machine was broken. The place smelled like mildew and it was just plain gross. Absolutely disgusting. I will NEVER stay there again. I really think that at least some of my money should be refunded, if not all of it. It was not an enjoyable experience and I would never recommend someone to stay there. I expected more out of a Windham hotel.

Pool was down entire 4 night stay. Breakfast eggs and sausage were cold. Coffee was very watery. Outside door key card broke, someone had put a wood chip to keep door open, which to me is very unsafe. Walls in bedroom were dirty with some liquid. There were bugs coming out the sink drain. The comforter was all balled up and looked like critters were living in it. Air conditioner smelled when turned on. Some outlets in the walls didn’t work. Shower took forever to drain. Literally one can’t make this up how much was wrong with this place. Would never recommend this hotel for anyone. We literally thought about moving but only slept there.

Unfortunately the friendliness of the staff is to only good thing about this hotel. There was many torn up areas and the air conditioner didn’t work in our room. Luckily they switched us on our third night. Much needs to be done in regards to updates.

Pool closed, for either fire system update or chlorine levels, two different employees with two different answers. Run around on request for partial refund. Ice maker on our floor not working. Main reason for booking was pool. So major disappointment when it was closed

I stayed in the executive king, and I’m being honest, this was a nice room!! One of the nicest in room jacuzzis I’ve experienced!! Although the pool was closed, I still LOVED my stay!! Will SURELY be back!!!

Elevator needs repair. I had a room close to the elevator and I could hear it through the door. Hygiene products should be in bathroom. And you should think about putting extra pillows in the room. 1 pillow was not enough . Bed was extra firm. Had a hard time falling asleep. Breakfast area needs to be a little cleaner. There was some rapers around the hot food. Coffee was excellent. And thank you for the stay. Have a wonderful day.
