Had no power and is refusing to give me a refund because I could not stay there with my daughter that was scared. She was petrified the lady at the front when you came in so the doors do not lock due to the power being out.

What more could we ask for? Clean, comfortable, safe, good breakfast. The in room coffee was meh, and we didn’t use the pool to be able to mention it. Two comfortable king beds, as well as a sleep sofa was better than found elsewhere. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. 100% recommending.
