I loved the staff. They were wonderful. However, the bed was like a brick and I didnt sleep all night. Need softer beds. and there were no towel racks in the bathroom by the shower or the sink for the large bath towels.

We really enjoy the Graduate hotels in general, but there was one minor issue on this stay in Ann Arbor. The thermostat was set at 68 degrees and in "cool" mode, but the temperature in the room was 74 degrees which was too warm.

Love to stay here when visiting my daughter at UM. Staff is alway friendly and the rooms are super clean. Love the quiet atmosphere, gives me a space to relax and rest after a 4 hour drive.

The restaurant area was very nice, and I had a wonderful dinner. The waitstaff was excellent and friendly. My room was also a terrific value for such nice amenities. I will definitely stay here again in the future.
