The cleanliness of the room was ok, and the staff was very nice. Property looked well maintained. But the key got stuck almost every time I entered the room, there was a huge draft that came through the door, the bed was hard, the pillows were super thin. But for the price, I can forgive that. But there was no hot water in the shower and the heating cooling unit either had it freezing cold or boiling hot, no in between. Not going back.

The room was not what it should have been for the excessive price and I know the casino staff may not be a reflection of the hotel staff but was there for a concert and they were not helpful when I needed information. that experience only made the stay that much worse...probably would not stay there again even for free.

Parking is not owned or operated by the Inn. Parking is granted for 24hrs. After only 14hrs the parking attendant hounded us to either move our car or pay for another day. Other than parking the Inn at 97 Winder exceeded all of our expectations!!! Gorgeous property, very clean rooms, friendly staff! We would absolutely stay there again.

Room was disgusting. Stains on everything, chair, lampshades, shower curtain, just gross. The chair looked like it came out of a dumpster. The free continental breakfast was cereal, that's it, nothing else. Full sugar cereal. Signage to find your room was not accurate and there was not a lobby sign telling you which door to get to the lobby from the rooms. There was nothing good about this place. Curious if the owners know what this place looks like or when the last time is that this place was inspected.
