I'd look around for other options first

When you book a hotel and you have kids, having a pool is a reason to choose one hotel over another. Not to mention paying $230 a night. Then at check in you're told the pool and hot tub are not available. Low class move! They should at least give you some money back or tell you before you stay.

The hot tub was down for the weekend which was disappointing but the staff were all extremely friendly which was exceptional. The room was clean and cozy and just what we were looking for. Would stay here again no question.

The hotel was nice, but the housekeeping was substandard. There were no towels available for the pool and no extra towels. The room didn’t have conditioner in the shower.

When we arrived staff was far more worried about talking amongst themselves. When they finally checked us in they wrote down the wrong door number on our cards so we had to walk around 5-10 mintues trying to figure out which room was ours. When we finally got to our room my husband found an empty beer can wedged behind the chair in the corner. Which just shows how little they clean inside the rooms. Its probably still there. Room 234.

Front desk staff was awesome. There was no toilet paper in my room and obvious food crumbs on carpet. A Coke Zero in fridge left by last person-obviously not wiped out. Damage to the wall on bottom where shower meets the wall low never repaired or painted. Went for the hot tub and pool. Hot tub not working and pool had no real aerators going. Bathrooms in pool area were flooded with rust all over in them in a pool of water with soaked tp and walls. Had to show staff-they did not know. Was comped half price for room and left next day. Awful experience.

Hot tub was broke, trash can in room full, fingerprints on all of the mirrors. We left and I got a room next door at homewood suites. I would think the hot tub that had been down for a while would have been mentioned on the website - and the lady at the counter had no idea when it would be fixed. She was very nice, and apopogetic. My 26th anniversary, we live around here and just wanted to get away for the evening and enjoy the hot tub.

We did not get the room we had reserved. The room we got was fine for what it was, but when I reserve a room with a "jetted tub" and get a handicap accessible shower in the room instead, I'm going to say something. Not pleased with the handling of the issue from Expedia or Hampton Inn itself. Definitely got the run around there.

We got this hotel because it was in between where our granddaughters live so we could meet half way and spend a weekend with them, they both had birthdays and were looking forward to swimming and sitting in hot tub. When we checked in, the front desk didn’t mention that the hot tub was closed, so very disappointed. Also had kids running around above us for hours. Woke me at 3am
