This is not the fault of the accommodation.. poor description of check in .. hotels describes front desk which is not how check in occurs .. one email says we have to download app then you will receive 2nd email with different code to use on a machine at accommodation which allows the app to key open accommodation.. but no 2nd email received.. and the address of the accommodation is wrong .. Too hard we bailed on it and went somewhere else that’s just money gone !!!

Very well brand new hotel in the middle of Madrid, room are really nice and the ambiance is amazing. Unfortunately staff must follow up and not always they arrive to match

Lovely stay

Wonderful room! Very comfortable. GREAT location. The breakfast, however, was not good (not many choices, poor-quality coffee, and limited fruit options). In addition, the breakfast was in a dingy room. The breakfast staff did what they could, but their options were limited. In short, I would recommend staying here. but, I would recommend skipping the optional breakfast.

The description was incorrect. It said bathroom, but there was not a bathroom, but a toilet behind a glass door and a shower behind a glass door, so you heard and saw everything. The pictures were deceiving, since there was no separate bathroom. We had booked a courtyard view, but there was no courtyard we could see. Since it was called UMusic Hotel with a music hall venue, we were unable to see any music being performed while we were there for 5 nights. We asked to see the music being performed, but were told we were not allowed in for any of the shows. Highly disappointed with the listing photos of the room and access to the music hall. If this is a 5 star hotel, it did not meet the requirements as listed on the web site. But, the staff was great and the breakfast delicious.

Cute, clean little studio for 2. The place needs to offer more towels. The shower splashed water everywhere and there was no mop or anything to dry it with. Also, communication with staff was terrible. I sent them several messages and emails but they never replied. They got in touch with me 10 to 5 minutes before the check-in time. I was convinced I had been scammed. Other than that I liked the place and location.
