El hotel tiene aspectos positivos: buen desayuno, cama amplia, colchón y almohadas cómodos, ascensor y personal de trato correcto. Mi experiencia, sin embargo, quedó empañada por una situación que podría haberse evitado con una simple respuesta. En febrero solicité la habitación 105, elección que tenía para mí un significado especial porque celebraría allí mi cumpleaños. Nunca recibí respuesta. Al llegar, la habitación no estaba disponible y recibí sucesivas explicaciones contradictorias. Si me hubieran respondido oportunamente, habría podido modificar mi reserva para acceder a ella. Finalmente, tras insistir y gestionar el reclamo a través de Expedia, el hotel bonificó el desayuno. Es un establecimiento confortable, pero la comunicación con el huésped y, especialmente, la manera de gestionar un reclamo legítimo son aspectos que deberían mejorar.

In general is ok, but they have some silly rules like the swimming pool opening at 11:00 and clise at 20:00. The breakfast is quite basic, most of the salami and meat products looks oxidated. I asked them to have a late checkout and they charge 20€ per each extra hour and they could not even extend themself, they asked me to contact the booking agency to extend to late checkout. Overall just ok, swimming pool on the top roof, average service, rooms are clean ish, some dirty walls, especially in the bathroom (separate toilet cubical with sing outside... yaaacks) which is pretty disgusting. Parking is not included, you have to park in the multistory parking under the hotel and you will pay 23€/day in reception or 27€ downstairs.

Cómodo, vista exterior muy buena.

Good location in the old town. Very clean, comfy room. I didn't have any problem with noise.

Room was tired. No complimentary water. Double bed requested on booking 9 months before but only given twin option.
