Everything in the best conditions 👍 Overall, we had a great vacation. The swimming pools were amazing, the food was delicious with plenty of variety, and the nightly shows were very entertaining. The staff was friendly and always willing to help. The resort is wonderful overall, though the rooms could benefit from a little modernization to match the quality of the rest of the property. With that improvement, the experience would be even better. Despite this, we had a wonderful time and would gladly consider visiting again.

Th resort is a good one with loads of amenities and activities to do. There was a wide range of food that was available at all time up until 1:30am. Asides for the room and hallway cleanliness, which can be improved on, I’ll rate it a 4star. However I’ll take a star out for room cleanliness. Overall it’s a good resort to stay in.

Good report overall.

We had a fantastic stay, lovely staff, lots of different activities available if wanted. Evening entertainment at the Sunset bar was varied and very enjoyable. The all inclusive restaurant was so good and provided a variety of dishes for our family that we didn’t feel the need to make use of the à la carte restaurant. We were there during the World Cup and the games were shown (projected) in a conference room (away from the bedrooms) The beach was lovely though stoney when entering the sea. Rooms were comfortable with a fridge stocked with drinks (mostly soft drinks) but no snacks (there is a coffee ‘shop’ with a range of very tasty cakes! all inclusive) We also made use of the spa having a hammam and massage (reasonable extra cost). There is a shop selling toiletries and necessities but beware the cost of items such as sun cream!

Overall it was a great experience…cleanliness & staff & food was excellent. Sad there was a cover charge in the 2 other restaurants other than the buffet, pub & Neptune bar!!(closed in the evening we believe) We are from Canada so all other All Inclusive resorts we have visited include EVERY restaurant. We filled in the questionnaire on leaving…a positive would be padded sun beds…we only lay out for 20mins during our whole time there😢 We were visiting Friends from Uk staying at the resort…Martin & John had a blast at archery at 4pm every afternoon. I used the gym facilities which were great.

The resort was out of this World and Heaven on Earth, never seen anything like it and I miss it and cannot wait to go back. Thank you for this amazing experience.
