Clean room, beautiful interior and 5 min from downtown so amazing location

The hotel is good and clean. This is my second time. The best thing is the staff. They are welcoming and helpful (Eden, Shawna and Libby) were all great.

I liked the indian style decorations. The parking was ok. The breakfast was ok, except the coffee, which was horrible. Same for the coffee in the main lobby. When I asked if I could get a stronger coffee, I was told to drive to get one. The room was clean, but the pillows were not comfortable to sleep.The receptionist was polite, but the internet did not work, despite staff intervention and our requests for help. Convenient location to sleep one night, I would not reccomend for more.

Clean room, friendly staff, smorgasbord breakfast was 4/5. Air conditioner in room was loud.

I had a wonderful stay at The Burgundy Dream Bed and Breakfast during my first visit to Nova Scotia. The hosts were warm, welcoming, and made me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. One of the highlights was the breakfast. Each morning included a selection of cereal, granola, yogurt, coffee, and tea, along with a freshly prepared hot breakfast. During my stay, these ranged from omelettes and eggs with bacon to poached eggs served on an English muffin with sliced ham. Everything was delicious and prepared with care. The hosts were also an excellent resource for exploring Halifax and the surrounding area. Whenever I had questions about parks, tourist attractions, or day trips, they were happy to offer recommendations, directions, and helpful advice. Although I spent most of my time exploring southern Nova Scotia, I look forward to returning and enjoying more of the property itself, including the outdoor deck, picnic and barbecue area, and beautiful backyard. I would highly recommend The Burgundy Dream Bed and Breakfast to anyone looking for comfortable accommodations, outstanding hospitality, and a memorable stay in Nova Scotia.
