Pool and hot tub were great, nice and warm. Grandkids really enjoyed. Carrie at the front desk was wonderful. I interacted with her on the phone 2 different times before arrival when I met her in person. She was kind, cheerful and very helpful. Thank you Carrie my stay was perfect .

Grand Island Casino Resort
The room was 54 degrees when we arrived and was difficult to get it up to 70 for comfortable sleep. We did not sleep well due to the chill in the room. Otherwise the room was very nice.

This is always our place to stay in Grand Island with our grandchildren when viewing the Sandhill Cranes. The family suite is perfect!!! The staff is friendly and kind.

Loved that there was a kitchen stove, a sink a microwave. Room was clean beds were comfortable. The only reason I didn't give ia five star was that there were people running in the night in the hallway! Young children, crying ! We did not sleep well!!
