We thought Tim, the owner was great! All contact with staff was efficient and helpful. There is a large community space that we enjoyed. The breakfast was not what we loved. The private space was large and the separate tub and shower with double sinks was great. The room was bright. It is a bit of a work in progress but in the end it worked very well.

Good location, close to the beach and town. The room was clean but bathroom floor was dirty... Overall for an older motel, it was good

Clean room, friendly staff and laundry on site. Very quiet place. Elevator had warning signs posted but worked well for us. Breakfast was ok but could have added varieties such as bacon, sausages etc. Gym also on site with weights but didn’t have time to use it. Overall convenient, quiet place with friendly staff.

Very nice room and very quiet. Entire property was well cared for. Liquor store on site and a nice bar with great food there as well. Location is awesome as it’s on the main road thru town. Not noisy at all so clearly wee built with good windows.

The property was ok. We enjoyed the quiet neighbourhood. We know the story as to why it is not an official B&B, so we were not expecting this. We travel with some food and thought we would be ok, glad there was a mini fridge, but most hotel rooms have those now. The room is a hotel room with no hotel amenities. We had a mini fridge, coffee pot and kettle. This room is adequate for passing through but does not provide much for longer stays.
