Fantastic

Great location with shopping literally outside the front entrance. Super clean and modern facility. Little bit on the more expensive side but overall fantastic. Staff were always professional. The breakfast buffet was great albeit limited seating but hotel did their best to accommodate everyone.

We loved this place.

Booked the room for my party of 11 and 5 rooms. Booked the room for 1 night and loved the property. We were offered to extent another night we would get a free night. So buy 2 nights and get 1 comped. Had to pay full price for the 5th room for our driver that didn't qualify. And we were good with that. Day 2 the mood changed and they were pressured to pay full charge for second night. And would have to transfer rooms of all 11 persons. We explained that this was dishonest and that they were not only gonna loose the 3rd night of stay, plus the $400 bar bill as well as food bill. I booked and confirmed with staff that their prices were clear. Now they came back and gave counter offer that started a $300 a night per room then settled at $150 a night. We also got charged for one of the kids milk the cereal was free because the milk wasn't in the bowl with the cereal. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!. nice property but you're gonna get screwed over.

I am extremely grateful to the staff for being so accommodating and understanding of my late check-in. They were receptive in communication through the Expedia app. The room itself was spacious, clean, comfortable; nicely decorated and air conditioned. Hot breakfast was included with my booking and was well balanced. I recommend not missing out by sleeping in late. If breakfast is not enough, there is also a café on the ground floor that seemed promising- though I did not get a chance to try before checking out. Overall I had a pleasant one night stay.

Room was a bit dirty. Around and under the bed. The bathroom smelled of sewage. All electronic appliances were completely worn out. The refrigerator did little to cool anything inside it. Instead it just made a moderate unpleasant noise. The air conditioner was worse. It has no temperature control, so it could only do too cold or off. And the noise while running was so high it could cause hearing damage. It sounded like a rock shaker. Check in was fine. The shared room structure was a bit strange. Nice convenience store right down the street. Has all the basics you might need.

Beautiful place! The two pools are awesome. The free (short) island hopping and cave tours are well worth the time. We extended our island hopping to +/- 1 hour and it was great. Very relaxing and incredible sites. Unfortunately, the food is only okay and many items were unavailable. Still, I highly recommend this beautiful resort.
