Lovely property. Big rooms and fantastic grounds. Really convenient to the metro and less than 10min to Duomo. Perfect for exploring the city.

Everything was good excellent suite Just one point I suggest at check in to clarify that valet is free but since hotel use a third party garage there is a cost of euro 20 x night If you don't clarify people don't know hotel doesn't own a facility garage

The breakfast was pretty good and was included in our room rate, but the scrambled eggs were powdered eggs (they were terrible) and if you want fresh cracked eggs you paid 8-12 euros. We stayed in the presidential suite. It was very nice and large room and had a nice view of the Duomo. The outdoor balcony was very large too. Unfortunately, the lobby chairs and sofas need to be updated. They smelled bad and had stains on them. Otherwise, you are about a 10 minute walk from the galleria shopping area. Nice hotel and once they update the lobby furniture, it will be much better.

Beautiful hotel with helpful and friendly staff and comfortable beds. We stayed in the family suite and the 2 sofa beds for the kids were also very comfortable.

The breakfast was very good but the on site restaurant for dinner was dreadful and wouldn’t go there again. The hotel itself and the staff were very friendly but didn’t expect a plastic bracelet round my wrist for the length of our stay! Would have preferred glasses in our room rather than very cheap plastic ones and would have liked the teas coffees and bottled water to be replaced each day - not worth the money we paid for a room of that standard

Pros- very helpful staff, excellent location, clean rooms. Elena on reception staff was excellent at helping with transport and advising on local points of interest, concierge Arriana was excellent at giving tips on local points of interest. Cons- no milk given in the rooms, kettle would be better than nespresso machine for tea drinkers. Overall a very pleasant stay with only minor recommendations. Staff cannot be faulted- they were amazing.

The rooms felt brand new! The staff was amazing and made our reservations and brought us espresso to our room. The pastries were fresh made on property. It was so close to the nice shops and duomo and just blocks from the water! I can’t say enough good things!

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The staff were exceptionally friendly, professional, and always willing to help with a smile. They are definitely one of the hotel's greatest assets. The hotel is very new and well maintained. I stayed in a suite with a large balcony overlooking both the lake and the surrounding mountains. The was spacious, well equipped, spotlessly clean, and the bed was extremely comfortable. The infinity pool and spa facilities were beautiful and created a very relaxing atmosphere, Although I only stayed for one night, I found myself wishing I had booked a longer stay. If I return to this area in the future, I will definitely stay for at least two nights. Highly recommended!
