Check in was fast, friendly and convenient. Staff was quick to get us the sheets we needed for the foldout bed. Hot beverages were available any time (so nice to have hot cocoa before bed). Room was spacious. While it has likely been a while since it has been redecorated, the place looks clean, well-maintained and doesn't show wear and tear.

My stay was not good. The beds were really uncomfortable. The staff wasn't courteous. I stayed two nights, and the they didn't clean the room or leave fresh towels. When I called the front desk to tell them about it, they said there was nothing they could do. They had no one there to clean the room. They only offered fresh towels. The gentlemen came by with the towels and trash bags, but didn't offer to take the trash from the room. We were minorities that did not feel welcome by the staff at all.
