Front desk were nice. Fast. Offered us cookies and hot drinks for the cold Ithaca weather. Room looked clean. Just the room had some scuffs. Breakfast was good. Can’t complain about the hotel.

Great building, poor services. No water in room or anywhere that you could find. Bathrooms didn't even had a shower cap. Breakfast was meager, service ..well poor and staff outright hostile.

Best Western University Inn
Check in was quick and easy, and the women behind the counter was very pleasant even though I checked in pretty late in the evening. We stayed in a double room with a fireplace on the non-smoking end. The room was clean and smelled good.
