Staff was great and very friendly! Our room was semi-clean but our bathroom door had multiple holes punched into it and our front door had some sort of damage, causing the door to be ajar at the bottom while closed.

There was no complimentary breakfast. And there was a television but no channels that you could watch without paying for any of it. The place was fairly clean. But I would never stay there again and I would not recommend it.

This hotel has bad ratings. But the room was actually quite nice. Just outdated. It was clean and smelled good. I've stayed in a lot of cheap hotels and beggars can't be choosers. For as cheap as it was to stay here. It's a great place. That's why I'm trying to give it five stars. Well worth the money.

There is no elevator at the property. Stairwells are filthy. Room is very basic which was expected. Bathrooms need major maintenance. Was the only option left for reunion weekend. Staff was nice but they don’t have much to work with I think.

No frills stay for a conference nearby. Upon arrival we were informed that sadly breakfast was not being served as advertised. Staff was very friendly. Room a bit outdated, but clean. Great pillows but wonky mattresses. The parking lot needs repaving STAT, it’s like driving on the moon!

The AC/HEAT unit sounded like a jet engine. The room was hot when I arrived. The cove base was missing or coming off the wall in several places. The door hardware was very loose and I’m sure the room I was in could be broken into very easily. The tv didn’t work properly. The parking area was in dire need of repair. There was no included breakfast

The most disgusting and dirtiest place I’ve stayed. It should be reported to the department of health. If they offer breakfast, DO NOT eat, God knows the state of the food and kitchen. Room #1 had a powerful smell of urine, the tv did not work, the air conditioner stuck on one setting. Room #2 when I asked to be moved smelled less like urine, but now added cigarettes. The window did not close all the way, dirty rug with stains, smudging/gunk all over the light fixtures, a fridge that hadn’t been wiped down in who knows how long, black mold in the shower, shower rod and curtain on the floor when I arrived (I put it back up so I could use the bathroom). The hallways are lined with overflowing garbage cans. There’s no sign anyone works there who cleans. If they do, it’s most likely only changing sheets and towels. Even the sink was clearly not wiped down after the previous guest. I understand it’s “budget” inn, but that’s no excuse for this level of unsanitary conditions. I will be calling the health department.

This hotel should be condemned. We had to leave for health reasons despite being overpriced and nonrefundable by Orbitz. We then had to find oher accommodations. I will never book another hotel through Orbitz!

OK for the price

I appreciated the very low cost. The place is run down. Bathroom door had a large "crater", as if someone hit it. Sink and tub are all scratched up. Nevertheless, things were clean. Ground floor room is a little noisy due to traffic in the parking lot.
