I booked a three bedroom suite that included 3 queen beds and a queen sofa bed. When we arrived, we received a two bedroom suite with two double beds and one king bed. We had 8 people in our group and this was not even enough to accommodate us. The person at the front desk stated a 3 bedroom means you get 3 beds. We left the hotel and had to go get different rooms elsewhere. They also charged us an extra $91 on top of the fees I already paid for extra people to be included in this room. When we found out that our room didn’t even have enough beds for everyone in our party, they would not even return the $91 that they just charged us at the front desk. When calling OYO customer Service support, they hung up on me. The advertising is ridiculous and an outright LIE!!! I can only imagine how many people they have scammed out of money. I WILL NEVER BOOK WITH OYO HOTELS AGAIN!

Stayed in the Parkview Bldg.

Unique experience for someone who normally stays in national chain hotels. The room I stayed in was designed and named after a Vietnam veteran who has passed. This was a happy coincidence since I work with veterans at a VA hospital. Located in the small village of Groton, it was quiet and serene. Nice get away for city dwellers.

We had a fantastic 3 night stay here. Hotel had the perfect amount of charm and great amenities. We did the hike from the trail head on the property to Buttermilk Falls, and it did not disappoint. Warm and welcoming staff really topped off an already enjoyable stay. Would definitely recommend to couples looking for a relaxing getaway.

Exceeded all expectations! Comfortable beds with super warm blankets - never got cold even thought it was as pretty chilly at night. The grounds are equipped with everything you need and has a such communal feel (in a good way). Kids made lots of friends!

The lobby area was nice, and breakfast was good. The furniture and bathroom were filthy and outdated. The chair in the parlor section of our suite had several tears and was so dirty that no one would sit in it. The bureau was missing two knobs. The shower had body lotion instead of shower gel. The window curtain did not cover the windows because it was torn from the hooks, and we were on the first floor.
