The person in reception did not know how to solve the problem, possible a new staff? The air condition in my room was not working and she said because I booked with Expedia she can not give me other room that match my reservation. At the end I was charged for food and beer that I never ordered and they after 2 days still didn’t return my money. Thanks

This hotel is 5 minutes away from the university, which is convenient for an early morning college visit. Nice breakfast included. Right next to a strip mall with a grocery store that closes at 10pm. The room was spacious and comfortable.

Best breakfast I have ever had at a B&B! Casually sophisticated served in a great old mansion from the 1800's with a great history. The room I stayed in was comfortable and had the quietest air conditioning I have ever had anywhere. The gas fireplace made the room! Surprisingly quiet neighborhood too! Kudos to Drew and everyone at the Benn Conger Inn. My 6 night stay was great and I was happy I was able to pass on to you a new cooked egg technique.

Breakfast buffet was excellent. Hallways were hot. Staff were all very friendly. Our second time here. We’ll be back.

The property was with walking distance to much Watkins Glen has to offer. The room was as expected and the bed was the most comfortable bed I've slept on in a hotel/motel. The hotel was not very sound proof but I just pulled up some white noise on my phone to drown it out and slept well
