This was my first time staying at this facility. Getting the key using a code texted to me was hassle free. The room overall was pretty clean/nice. The shower head and pressure was great!! Always a big plus! The bed and pillows were too firm for my liking but I made due. I like where it is located on Monroe Ave. Wifi was easy to access. The heated toilet seat was a bit weird to me, so I turned it off. LOL :P All in all the hotel was better than I expected.

The hotel is very nice. The only complaint was we couldn't drink at the indoor pool unless we were hiding it... and there's a live guard too.. Just not used to this at an indoor hotel pool

Great hotel, location, character, and staff.

This hotel was incredible! We celebrated our anniversary with a stay here! The cleanliness level was immaculate and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay feel special—from the welcome message on the room chalkboard, to the complementary goodies and snacks left for us!—these personalized little touches were both generous and attentive. The staff was friendly and helpful and allowed us to check in early. The jacuzzi tub was such a cool feature! The movie projector and other automated technologies were user friendly and fun! The kitchen had everything we needed to make a celebratory meal. The property was in walking distance of great bars and local art gallery! 11/10 experience! I wish this business infinite success—we were so impressed! Stay here: you will not regret it! We will certainly be back!

If you’re looking for a clean, modern room, this was your place. Check-in, however, was a mess. It took a long time, and I was given two different rooms, both of which had not been cleaned from the previous stay. With the first room, I walked in and found someone still inside looking for something he had lost. I have no idea how that happened. The front desk seemed to be blaming someone from another shift, but as a guest, that really isn’t my concern. The third room was finally clean and ready. BIG WARNING: If you plan to pay with a debit card, the property does not accept debit cards. This was not information that was clearly provided to me ahead of time, and it was a frustrating surprise at check-in. Breakfast was mid, especially considering I’ve stayed at quite a few Holiday Inns and know what they are capable of offering. Overall, the room itself was clean and modern, but the check-in experience and payment issue really took away from the stay.

Location was the best part of the stay. Just off the highway but far enough away not to be bothered by traffic noise. Also, bldg was well insulated against noise. On other side of highways were all manner of stores and restaurants both sit-down and fast food.

The hotel is in a convenient location with a wonderful staff at the front desk and the breakfast room.
