The 1st room they assigned me, I walked into it and the room had not been serviced. Same thing in the 2nd room as there was a sleeping bag on the bed and someone had been using the pillows. The 3rd room, the shower didn't work...and so they had to give me a room without a King size bed but 2 queen beds and the shower looked like it had fungus all over it and I could not close the bathroom door as it had wrought out and it was missing the piece that would go into the door frame to keep the door closed and they had string on the door and a nail in the wall, I guess you closed over the door and used the string to keep it closed.

There was Kool-Aid or something all over the rug. There was red stuff on the blanket extra blanket we asked for the pool said it’s supposed to be warm cause it’s supposed to be heated. That thing was ice cold. It says there’s a sauna there is no sauna ask for a new remote never got one not very cleansing same graphics every morning first time I’ve ever had that usually it’s different every morning. Not a very nice place to be unless you really need a place to stay. Hope is very hard people don’t speak English so you don’t know what to do so you have to go all the way downstairs ask for something and then hope it comes back up or somebody will bring it up.

room was clean, renovated. Comfortable bed and pillows . For some reason my room was a connecting room and i could hear person on the other side . Hallways look run down- need to be updated. Door keyless system is old and finicky . If you have key card and phone together - key doesn’t work. Lobby looks nice and front desk staff were friendly , welcoming and helpful. Parking is weird - can’t park in the front because is the restaurant parking - you need to park out back . Can use better lighting for safety .

We had a wonderful weekend stay at this house! Clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The location was perfect—peacefully tucked near the mountains while still being just 5 minutes from town, making it easy to enjoy both nature and local shops and restaurants.

We like the vibe of the property. Something different from the standard marriot or holiday inn. Lots of charm and character. Nice neighborhood. Mostly clean, but. the bathtub could use new grout or a thorough cleaning around the tub. Bed was very comfortable. I would go back.
