The 1st room they assigned me, I walked into it and the room had not been serviced. Same thing in the 2nd room as there was a sleeping bag on the bed and someone had been using the pillows. The 3rd room, the shower didn't work...and so they had to give me a room without a King size bed but 2 queen beds and the shower looked like it had fungus all over it and I could not close the bathroom door as it had wrought out and it was missing the piece that would go into the door frame to keep the door closed and they had string on the door and a nail in the wall, I guess you closed over the door and used the string to keep it closed.

We had a wonderful weekend stay at this house! Clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The location was perfect—peacefully tucked near the mountains while still being just 5 minutes from town, making it easy to enjoy both nature and local shops and restaurants.

The staff was excellent and the shuttle very convenient.

The room was clean what was strange and unusual was the bathroom. The shower was peeling title I scratched my foot on it. The Toliet seat cover had to be held in order to use the bathroom. That's was disturbing. There was a wedding that was going on and the party were talking loud outside my room door. I had to open my room door and inform them I was still sleeping at 5 am.

Was sent to our first room with no air conditioning. Called down and sent us to another room. Second room we could not get the fireplace to light, called down again and front desk told us don't know guess it doesn't work, its really just for show. My husband said, we know but wife loves to watch at night. The front door were never locked when we came in at night. The breakfast place is open, just keep on going past the bar to the back and you will find people. At no point during our stay was the front desk people friendly or helpful. Probably wouldn't stay here again.

DO NOT STAY HERE. I wish I had known before I booked that they are being picketed for unfair labor practices. Boycott this place until that is resolved. Beyond that, the hotel itself is in bad condition - our fridge didn't work. The bathtub didn't drain. It's overdue for a renovation - everything is dated. You can tell it was once an upscale place but it has fallen into disrepair. Not the fault of housekeeping or the current staff. Clearly the owners are pinching pennies and treating staff unkindly.
