Best breakfast in NY State!

Had an excellent stay at this hotel and, after a week traversing NY State, I can say for definite it was our favourite hotel. It’s nice not to be in a ‘branded’ hotel and with that you get much better service, a truly great breakfast that put those served in much more expensive hotels to shame, and a super comfy bed giving me the best sleep for weeks. Would definitely come again and recommend to anyone considering a reasonably priced room on the Ithica area.

Hotel almost looks abandoned. Pictures must be from 10 years ago. Staff looked surprised when I walked in. 3 cars in the lot, smelled of weed and cigarettes. Air conditioner didn’t work in either room that I tried. They were quick to give a refund which was nice but probably because they’re one real complaint away from getting shut down

Breakfast was a nice treat.........friendly front desk, housekeeping and breakfast staff....pool was also a pleasant experience.........got to cool off after a long day....bed was very comfortable and the window coverings blocked out the light so I could get a good night's rest. Seating in lobby was also very pleasant....a good way to meet other guests.

Great deal here!

What a great stay! It's an older style hotel with older key card system so had to go back to get multiple sets BUT they are fixing the key card maker. No biggie because this place was well worth it. THE free great and plentiful BREAKFAST buffet combined with the low overnight prices, YOU CANNOT beat this. There's an indoor and outdoor pool. Yes, a bit older svhool but nothing wrong with it. It does the job plus you can sit in the grassy area on a lounger to relax and sunbathe! They have pool noodles and beach ball plus other balls for the pool basketball small goals! We just a hop skip and a jump from Ithaca so the location was very convenient if you are "chasing waterfalls"! :) I felt good about my decision to stay here. You get a LOT for your money here! For dinner, try the mexican restaurant in the mall. It's right behind the hotel. Called Zolota or something like that. In the mall is an Auntie Anns and pizza plus Target and Hobby Lobby too!

The stay was okay

It was okay. Parts of the hotel were dated and in need of a fix up. Could use fragrance in the lobby due to smoking rooms. Water ran from the spout as the water came from the shower head. But the water temp and pressure were still there. My first room had dirt on the bed so we changed rooms and the second room was free of dirt. The stay was fine overall.
