Property was not taken care of as should. Entrance to the property was full of pot holes / grounds (grass was high) flowers beds were unkept . Rooms were good size carpets were stained / both tv’s didn’t work and didn’t have any extra to replace. At breakfest they ran out of plastic forks so staff had to hand wash forks as they was returned. No manager on duty to until after check out. Still waiting for a call 4 hrs after check out . Way understaff for a college graduation weekend and no manager in am while everyone was checking out. Had to wait 15 minutes for the front desk employee who was taking out trash helping out the cleaning staff. Until the property has a major undertaking of repairs and management (owner seems not to care) will not come back .

The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The decorating is outdated and definitely needs a facelift. The Wi-Fi requires an access code which changes frequently and if you’re shut out, you have to wait a little while until it’s updated, which was a frustration if you’re trying to do work. Otherwise everything was fine, it is very convenient to Ithaca College.

We love this hotel and stay every time we visit family. The only downside is that they have terrible internet service. That’s the only reason I give 4 not 5 stars. It’s not a deal breaker though. But it’s definitely a downside. Sorry!
