Loved being at walking distance to eateries. We stayed on the 3rd floor. No elevator. The stairs were fine. Loved the decor. Great outdoor seating to socialize. Food truck was a nice little surprise.

We had a great stay at the hotel — the highlight for me was how exceptionally clean everything was. The rooms, hallways, and shared areas were spotless and well-maintained, which made our stay really comfortable. Another big plus was the easy and convenient parking, which made things so much easier for us. One thing I wouldn’t recommend, though, is the on-site restaurant “The Monk” located in the hotel lobby. Unfortunately, every dish we ordered was disappointing, both in taste and quality.

Terrible stay!! Extremely over priced for being a full serve Marriott yet having some of the worst service I have ever experienced. The restaurant service and food quality is terrible. The laundry facilities were filthy dirty. Housekeeping must be called if you want service. Overall a terrible stay!

Quality of the food in the restaurant it's pure, no sauna, which is for Marriott very strange, if you check out, but need to left later, no room or any place where you can change the closing or maybe to take a shower. In the same time hotel is clean, wallet parking excellent, location is good, staff it's good too

Stayed overnight and the staff were friendly and accommodating. Clean, spacious modern rooms with very comfortable beds. We used valet parking at $25 and it was very convenient. Would return again if we ever found ourselves back in Ithaca.

It was a lovely accommodation but we did keep hearing a strange noise throughout our stay that was loud enough to disturb our sleep. It was either the frequent closing of the door of suite next to ours, or a sound within the refrigerator that is near the suite door. I hope you can figure out what it is so the next guest isn't disturbed. Thank you for your lovely hospitality as well, and I look forward to another visit in the near future.
