Desk staff are always friendly and efficient. Rooms are always clean and beds consistently comfortable. Room 308 could use a chair as the only thing to sit on is the small desk chair. Love to stay at the Dorm Hotel!

Such a cute place. Love the concept and price was very reasonable. Clean and comfortable with friendly staff. Unfortunately, I personally had an issue with the smell. It may not bother others but was so overwhelming and stuck in all my clothes and gave me headache. Just a note for others with sensitivity to smell.

I stayed in the “Junior” room which had a microwave, kitchen sink, dinner plates etc which was super convenient. Having Ithaca Brewery-Flower Power IPA on tap was a nice surprise in the commons area.

Great little "Boutique" hotel. Room was very neat and clean. Staff was friendly and courteous. Right on the edge of Cornell campus. Parking was tight, but it works.
