Excellent accommodations, great breakfast. The only minor complaint was that the mattress on the sofa bed could have been a little more comfortable. However, I still give them a 5 star rating.

We stayed 4 nights. Room on the road side of the building was very noisy and heat was inconsistent. We were moved to a different room after a leak in the bathroom from upstairs and that room was much quieter and temperature was more consistent. Staff was outstanding throughout. Very fun Halloween decorations.

I stayed for Sat. and Sun. Especially Saturday evening, a strong smell of marijuana in the hallway near my room. The odor was so strong that I could even smell it from inside my room. It seemed that someone was smoking marijuana nearby, which made the stay uncomfortable.

The employee at the desk completely ignored us. Walked away with a couple and was gone a LONG time and when came back just chatted away with them about nothing related to their hotel stay while we sat there waiting! Ignored us and finally I had to interrupt them! Very unprofessional! Other than that, rest of stay was great, very nice accommodations.

The breakfast buffet was wonderful!! A ton of options with delicious and fresh food that both adults and kids will love! The staff was very friendly and helpful. The handle on our toilet broke, but this was taken care of quickly. The room was spacious and clean. The lounge area was nice with a big TV with football on :)
