Terrible. NOT renovated. Bathroom door wldnt Close
Extremely disappointed. We checked out early, my receipt said 10/10 was returned but the girl at the counter said I would not receive a refund for the difference. I did not complain about our room: bathroom door would not close, or open all the way for that matter. Toilet seat was cracked and a 1" gap under the door leading outside. We are very grateful for having a safe place to evacuate to, but very upset that a whole night will not be refunded to me when I checked out before the checkout time

They made us wait 3 hours after our check in time after pre booking the room. they said check it was 3:00. We got in after 6:00, they gave us The key and the room wasn’t even done being cleaned yet. We had to wait another hour for the room to be clean, when we walked into the room, it was terrible. Walls were falling apart, black mold everywhere. Place is trash should be closed!

This place is an absolute dump. We booked for 3 nights but left the next morning (of course no refund). The front desk was rude, the room was nasty dirty, the sheets were stained, the door barely locked and it was just gross. Would give 0 stars if I could.

Terrible smelled like smoke on the lobby and room. Room had little dead roaches and was super dirty and falling apart. Looked a place where crimes are committed.

Its pretty bad, outdated. I think it's part apartments. I saw a cat roming around and killed a roaches (big one) inside my room. Breakfast isn't covered with cost of room. It's pretty bad. If it didn't have a locking devices on the door i would've not stayed the two nights. I saw the ratings being 6, now im thinking it was staff and bots providing the reviews 😰

Office staff was nice enough; except for an unfavorable attitude from one or two employees.... It's all about how one approaches a guest when initiating a concern or issue, that will make that particular interaction a pleasant one or not.
