My overall experience was good and I would stay at Baymont again. The room was a good arrangement and bed and pillows were comfortable.My only complaint was there was no gluten free option at breakfast. I had to buy my own items to eat. And a couple of times I wasn't left washcloths and another time no hand towels but the front desk had some handy. Very friendly staff.

Every time I go to Jacksonville to work, I go to Baymont. People is really nice, rooms are clean, service is good, area is quiet, good located, near to a lot of restaurant options. Breakfast area is clean and tidy, the lady is very nice. Breakfast options are pretty good in relation to the price, the only thing I´d add is scrambled egg (people with gluten allergy can have another option).
