Room keys wouldn’t work, clerk said it was because it was placed by a cellphone. However we were not told about that at checkin! Hampton Inn & Holiday Inn express didn’t have that problem! Split water on the floor, tissue was dirty when I wiped it up. Would walk into lobby clerk didn’t look up or acknowledge us. I’m used to a hello, good morning, etc.

All In all my stay was good the only thing g that upset me every after I tired the knob in the Jacuzzi or hot hot tub and it would work so hopefully that can be fixed asap

It’s weird that this is the ONLY hotel I’ve stayed in that required $100 CASH ONLY deposit. Every hotel I’ve ever stayed in will put a hold on your debit or credit card for whatever the hold amount is. What if I didn’t have cash? I couldn’t get my money back for the hotel. My hotel was paid for in advance. I won’t make this mistake again. I know now to call & ask before I book at hotels. So if they got robbed, we’re just assed out when it could have been done electronically like all other hotels. They were working on the parking lot so space was limited and most of the vehicles were large. Very inconvenient. Otherwise staff was nice, rooms were clean.
