Nice property close to cruise terminal.

Property was very nice. It is only 20 minutes away from the cruise terminal. The bed was very comfy and the room was well decorated and appointed. Staff was very friendly. The Frequency restaurant was good as well. Even though the hotel is on the airport, the sound wasn't an issue at all.

The a.c. was set to “on” instead of automatic at 67F. I turned it to heat and it did not work. So slept in a cold room. Woke up at 4AM to get ready for airport and the shower and sink water was Luke warm (cold), so took a cold shower as I was running out of time. Went downstairs to express my displeasures to the desk attendant and she acted like she was writing down the two issues and she did not, so no intention to tell the on coming manager. We would not want to look bad in front of the manager. So I told her I wanted a response and/or my money back and seemed outwardly indifferent all together. I sent a text to the desk person that checked me in, of course - no response. I will never stay at a Hilton hotel ever again as the one prior last year in South Florida was crap too (restaurant).

The woman at the front desk, I think Dalya (?) was lovely and helpful. The shuttle driver was rude and didn’t even open the door for us when getting on.

Staff was very friendly upon check in! Thank you. Hotel was okay for a 1 night stay and close to airport. Shuttle worked perfectly, room was okay. Rooms need some TLC, door was sticky and toliet was hard to flush. Breakfast was a typical continental.
