It was comfortable and clean. Awesome view. The hotel itself was not in the best condition. Seemed older, a little deteriorated. The carpet was not nice-looking, but it was not dirty. My shower/tub was kinda yellow and worn down and the facet dripped (so annoying). Everything was just kinda.. okay. Not the greatest. No fridge. No microwave. You have to pay for valet. You have to pay for breakfast. The staff were really great and kind, no complaints there.

Horrible hotel, horrible service. AVOID!

Absolutely horrible hotel. Not only did they NOT give me the SUITE I paid for, they would not give a refund, and they gave me a room with DOUBLE BED that smelled funny. There was mold on the ceiling (see pictures), and the back door would not even lock (see pictures). I would never stay here again. You literally could not pay me to stay here.

I gave this prperty a 4 because it was not up to the standard that you would expect a Hilton property to be. While i understand that the property was/ is under renovations, the chair in our room was serverely stained. The room itself looked liked that of cheap motel and not luxury hotel. Being on the River Front helped but hope that the renovations do a complete overhaul of the rooms and not just the lobby.

The property was old. Needs updating. The bathroom floor flooded. The rooms don’t have a microwave or refrigerator. The ice machine was filled with trash. I was very disappointed! Was in town with family and everyone complained about the rooms.

Facilities could have been better, nice staff.

Although I booked river view, I was given a non-river view. They did switch me to a room with a great view, BUT there were 2 single beds instead of my (booked) queen. They claimed they had no more queen available, which was disappointing as it was my 24th wedding anniversary. In the room, there was amazingly NO fridge or microwave, and the safe did not work. Considering there was no fridge, we went to get ice, and the machine on our floor was out of order. Next floor up it was working, however. Somewhere in the night our A/C stopped working. In the morning, they sent up someone from maintenance, Rafael - who deserves 6 stars, and he fixed that as well as the safe. He was very prompt, helpful, and polite, and offered help with anything else we needed. Finally, there was a nice gym, looking out to the pool deck. However, we did not need that as opening and closing the sliding balcony door was a workout enough.

Had a great time staying here. Quit. Clean. Staff was very friendly. Only 2 things that surprised me. 1. No refrigerator in my room. 2. Fresh coffee was only available for specific hours. Overall i was very pleased and would stay again on my next trip to Jax.
