I think someone should be in the pool area at all times. I know that all the people that were in the pool didn’t were not staying at the Embassy Suites! Most of them had to be let in by someone else. At one point there were 14 people in the Jacuzzi.most of them had 2 and 3 year olds in the Jacuzzi with them. I planned to get in but once I saw this I changed my mind! Other than the pool area my stay was pleasant!

Check in was superb even was allowed to check I. Early with no issues. But the room was nice and clean . Minus the smell of wetness ( musty odor too ) . I preceded to check everything else which was fine . Floor was damp as well . Maybe they shampooed the carpet I don’t know. The breakfast was superb and the omelet was even better .

I liked everything about this hotel and the staff was very friendly and inviting My room was clean and very spacious The breakfast was excellent There wasn’t anything I did not like about this hotel and my time there Also I arrived very late in the evening actually it was after 12 midnight and the beautiful lady that helped me was very pleasant and helpful. This is definitely my choice the next time I visit Florida

Embassy is always nice. Lack of an outdoor pool a bit disappointing. Tasty full free breakfast and Happy Hour drinks. Booking thru Expedia gets no Hilton Honors points. More bummed about this than hotel experience.

Our family has been staying at Baymeadows Embassy Suites for years. Its very different from our past visits. The housekeeper made the beds and didn't take the dirty towels. They also didn't put clean towels in the bathroom. Cocktails were watered down. I referred someone to stay there and they had roaches in their room. Hilton Hotels needs to do better.
