Very basic place to crash for the night… the room smelled a bit musty, but otherwise as expected for the price. Breakfast were hostess cupcakes / mini donuts or microwaved chicken pockets… no cereal, toast, yogurt, etc. There was also coffee and a juice machine.

Most dirty hotel I’ve ever stayed in

They come into your room daily for no reason because they don’t even clean. There was a poop stain on the wall from when I first got there until I left. ( no it wasn’t from me)

What intrigued me to the hotel was the fact it had a 8.5 on Expedia for the price of a below priced hotel. I would give at 10. I found nothing wrong with it. Same price as the 4-5 rated hotels in the area. Definitely wouldn’t compare it to an upscale hotel. But definitely very convenient, easy check in/out great price for being very close to downtown Jacksonville. Will definitely be looking at them again if I need a place in the area in the future.
