Family stay in Jacksonville
My trip was good the rooms was nice and clean.Only thing I can say that kind of made me feel bad was the elevator did not have air conditioning in it and if anything would have happened with the elevated it would have been a real hot in there. My family met another family there in the pool and also an older lady came and joined us in the pool we had a great time laughing talking and playing a game with the ball.

Worst hotel. Com travel insurance experience!
To hotels. Com I had bought the insurance as the selected hotel was not the hotel I wanted — MacClenny Hampton instead. I had tried six times to use the insurance system to change reservation to no avail. Worst system ever.

My daughters and I brought my grand daughters to Jacksonville for a family function. The staff went above and beyond to help us in any manner they could. Honestly this was the BEST STAY I have ever had!!! They all need a raise and a bonus!!!!!
