the room was clean and nice but the breakfast bar was a no go for my family. please upgrade the breakfast bar like you are upgrading the build than I would say 5 star but for now 3.5 star

The guy at the front desk had no clue what he was doing. I checked in online to save time and it seemed to take longer. I understand you are doing construction but it was very loud and inconvenient. We were not aware of this before arriving. The ac in our room would not turn off so it was very cold.

The initial room I was assigned on the first floor was infested with flying bugs that were apparently a mainstay as dead bug marks on the wall indicated the proble was there prior. The move to an upstairs room was adequate, but issue put 45min delay in me getting the peaceful rest I was looking forward to.
