It was very pleasant! My only complaint is room 412 must have a band on the next floor! An awful lot of noisy footsteps a great part of the night!

For my son‘s health reasons, we had to leave one night early. Expedia would not credit me the night that we didn’t stay there. In fact, on the app there wasn’t even a box for me to check. And that’s even after I paid extra for travel insurance. a one star rating from me for sure.

Overall stay was good just needed a place close to Mayo Clinic and this was perfect . Older property so everything no going to be perfect. Staff was very good and helpful went above and beyond. Will stay here again for check up

The room phone didn’t work properly. When I called my brother in another room, I could hear him but he couldn’t hear me. I called for maintenance but no one came. The safe could not be locked. Again, I called for help but no one came. My card worked the first time but then stopped working. I had to return to the front desk to have it reset. Housekeeping didn't provide any services for a two night stay. They didn't make the bed or clean the bathroom. When I called the front desk, they said housekeeping services were every other day. I'd not been informed of that change. Breakfast did not include real juice options. Paper plates and plastic utensils were unpleasant to eat with. Definitely will not choose Hampton Inn and Suites again.

Our stay was pleasant. The room was quite spacious. The included breakfast is an appreciable added value. Check-in at the hotel was quick and the service was quite pleasant.

Everything about our stay was great! When we arrived, the manager greeted us and could not have been any nicer! Our room was very clean and very comfortable. Breakfast was great and plenty of options. This hotel was very convenient as far as location. Only 30 minutes from the airport and lots of restaurants and places to shop close by. Beach is only about 10 minutes away as well. And Mayo Clinic is only about 5 minutes away. Highly recommend staying here!

For a king size suite the bed was like sleeping on a rock and the breakfast was not good. I have stayed before and in standard room and was very comfortable and the breakfast was much better than this stay.
