HOT!

Stayed one night as I had an appointment at the Mayo Clinic. There was no air conditioning in our room and no room to move to. Will not being staying there again!!

Quick to fix a problem

The front desk staff was very helpful. When we got to our room, it smelled terrible - like wet dog. I called down to the front desk and the immediately and courteously moved us to a new room - which was fantastic.

The staff is very nice and helpful. The room was OK; however, the bathroom needs a renovation. The paper wall in the bathtub was coming off, and the shower was barely warm.

Great place to stay!

We had a great experience other than our room never got warmer than 68 degrees and we had lukewarm showers. The room was clean and the location is great! Breakfast was delicious. Will definitely stay agin.
