This is my favorite hotel when staying in Jacksonville. The people are the nicest. The rooms are the cleanest. The breakfast is the best.

I always stay at the Hampton Inn Deerwood Park when I visit family in Jacksonville. It's a clean, nice, well-priced place to stay. The staff is helpful and responsive. This time around there was a glitch. I was hoping to get my room cleaned on Thanksgiving Day -- halfway through a short stay -- but I probably didn't leave soon enough. I certainly understand the flexibility needed on a holiday; just disappointed it means my room never got cleaned during a three-night stay. Minor setback in a typically excellent stay.

Our stay was great! Customer service was A1. Tamara (front desk) was amazing! The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The only issue we had was that the shower head was falling out of the wall in the bathroom. We will definitely recommend staying there!

Find that this hotel is very convenient to EverBank stadium for the Jaguars games. I also like that this hotel is very popular for the visiting team's fan base. It adds to the excitement and enjoyment. Love the attitude and friendliness of all the staff members here.
