We stayed a week here for hurricane evacuation. Despite being extremely busy and overwhelmed, the staff was super accommodating and friendly! The studio rooms are very large and comfortable.

This was the worst experience ive ever had at a Hampton. The staff was not friendly and the breakfast ....well, there was barely anything, not even regular coffee. During our trip to Pennsacola we stayed at 2 other hotels (Holiday Inn & Suites and TRYP by Wyndham) and both were by far superior to this Hampton. I will not stay at any Hampton hotels again....very disappointed and it was the most expensive.

Great hotel (New)
We enjoyed our stay. Hotel is 4 years new. Rooms were clean, elevator was efficient, breakfast was good (eggs-waffles-potatoes-sausage patties-hot cereal-toast-muffins-fruit-milk-juice-hot tea and coffee) after checking in they sent us a txt making sure our room was good.
